Advanced Bin Locator

Most WMS solutions have rule based bin locator logic for determining the best bin to store newly received product. This advanced bin locator logic evaluates numerous rules, parameters, and setup configuration. The Advanced Bin Locator evaluates product, bin, area, zone, warehouse, owner, and inventory data.

15
Slotting Optimization

Some WMS solutions have added re-optimization software that is built-in to the WMS or available as a separate module. Warehouse managers frequently "re-warehouse" inventory - to minimize travel time and optimize space utilization.

Not Supported.
16
Employee Certification Setup

Most WMS solutions require a list of valid tasks that employees are allowed to perform in the warehouse. E.G., Cycle count, Putaway. Most WMS solutions require a list of valid equipment that the employee is certified to utilize.

Not Supported.
17
Labor Performance

Some WMS solutions have engineered labor standards and labor performance measurement tools. Many of the WMS solutions today have labor reporting tools.

Three tables and a task manager are set up for the specific client and every billable entry is tracked. A general work table for codes or unique identifiers particular to that task can be created. A second table associates codes to customers and modified prices can be retained on a task-by-task basis for that customer. A billing detail module allows the user to gather up standard or custom routines and create templates or new billing statements on the fly. A final separate module calculates space-usage by referencing location function details for every location that you choose to define. Reports can be printed or exported in electronic file format. An optional interface can also be supplied to interface the RF Pathways Billing Module to your ERP or financial package.
